Hereby, we inform you that in the course of the strength tests of our products, we have detected potential differences in the quality of the W10 detachable towballs elements. Detailed research has shown that the ductile iron, which was the main production source for the mounts, numbered as batch 2520, may not meet the standards in individual cases. This situation applies only to the batch of towbar mounts numbered in production line as 2520, which were sold with detachable ball type W10 from February to June 2021. This problem might only concern some of the products from this batch.

Bearing in mind the welfare of our customers, we have decided to replace the above mentioned series of the towball mounts. Considering the risk related to the use of the indicated products by the customers, we recommend you to replacement of the above-mentioned elements in authorized services. All of those towball mounts will be replaced at our expense.
